Sports Biography:

Long time member of the Canadian Wheelchair Basketball Association and International Wheelchair Basketball Federation. Established 1st NWBA Conference in Canada. Was moving force in hosting the 1st ever Junior World Cup Championship Tournament in Toronto Canada in 1997. Has served on numerous IWBF Committee's as well as International Paralympic Committee positions. As a player, he is one of the most decorated players to come out of Canada and has played in several NWBT's as a member or coach of the Vancouver Cable Cars of the N.W. Wheelchair Basketball Conference. He also was a member and Co-founder of the Alberta Northern Lights an NWBA Team from 1976 to 1988. "The Lights Team" participated in their first NWBT in 1985 and has been a mainstay in Far West Region every year since. They have captured the NWBA Division Two Championship in 2005 and again in 2006.
