The 2017 NWBA Hall of Fame induction is scheduled for Saturday, April 1 at the Crowne Plaza Airport Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. The NWBA Hall of Fame is for competitors and non-competitors who made a significant contribution to the growth and playing of the sport of wheelchair basketball.

Please complete the form with detailed and substantiated information about the nominee(s), and their contributions to wheelchair basketball. The NWBA Hall of Fame Committee would appreciate stats, articles, and other information.
