The 39th NWBA National Intercollegiate Wheelchair Basketball Tournament is the highlight of This Week in the NWBA. The 39th NIWBT is scheduled for McComb Fieldhouse at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, March 10-12. 

The entire 2016 NWBA National Intercollegiate Wheelchair Basketball Tournament will be web streamed live and produced by Edinboro University on the NWBA website at www.nwba.org. Be sure to watch. 

With the 2016 NWBA National Wheelchair Basketball Tournament presented by ABC Medical, set in Louisville, Ky., April 7-10 only 30 days away there are still many exciting tournaments waiting to unfold.  Check back at the end of the week to see which team is recognized as the NWBA’s “Standout Team of the Week.”

The official list of teams and standings going into the National Tournament will be announced the week of March 14.   The countdown will begin as all participating teams gear up for the trip to Louisville.
