The Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies (MAAPP) require the following Adult Participants (i.e., participants 18 years of age or older) to complete SafeSport Trained Core (or the appropriate sequential Refresher Training):

The required U.S. Center for SafeSport Training (i.e., "SafeSport Trained" - AKA “Core”, “Refresher 1”, “Refresher 2” or “Refresher 3”) can be accessed upon completion of a NWBA Individual Membership Registration.
NOTE: Individuals who submit both an Adult Athlete Registration as well as Non-Athlete Registration should complete the SafeSport Training by clicking the Safe Sport "Complete Certification" button provided in the eligibility/confirmation email received after submitting the Adult Athlete Registration (NOT through the Non-Athlete Registration process).
Training completion certificates can be accessed through Absorb which is the Learning Management System utilized by the U.S. Center for SafeSport (linked in the blue bar below).
