COLORADO SPRINGS, CO - The Junior Division Executive Committee has announced additional details regarding the 2019 NWBA Junior Division Annual Meeting. As previously communicated, the Junior Division Annual Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, August 3 at 7 a.m. Mountain time. The NWBA Junior Division Annual Meeting address will be available for registered NWBA members to attend and participate via a GoToMeeting.

The NWBA Junior Division Executive Committee invites all NWBA members to participate in this important meeting; hear from division leadership on an update on the Junior Division, conduct Junior Division business and ask questions that you might have.

The Junior Division Annual Meeting will provide delegates the opportunity to vote on Junior Division business via Survey Monkey. The confidential e-mail and link will be sent at 7:05 a.m. Mountain time. The only Junior Division business to be conducted for the 2019 NWBA Junior Division Annual Meeting is the election for available officer roles for the Junior Division Executive Committee (President, 2nd VP and At-Large).

The NWBA will use the following steps to conduct the virtual vote. Voting delegates must adhere to the following requirements outlined in the NWBA Junior Division Guidelines (Article IV. Meetings; Section 4.02. Voting Privileges):

1. Each registered team shall be entitled to one (1) vote and represented by one or two accredited delegates.
2. The NWBA will be using all voting delegates designated and verified on a team’s entry during 2018-19 Team Registration:  
3. All voting delegates should plan to attend the GoToMeeting set for Saturday, August 3 at 7 a.m. Mountain time. Please use the meeting information provided above to participate.
4. At the beginning of the Junior Division Annual Meeting, once participation is confirmed, an email from Survey Monkey will be sent to the voting delegates in attendance to submit the votes for available officer roles for the Junior Division Executive Committee. 
5. The Survey Monkey voting period will close on Saturday, August 3 at 8:00 a.m. Mountain time. The results will be announced on the virtual meeting, at the close of the Junior Division Annual Meeting and on the NWBA website. 

If you submitted an absentee ballot, your vote will be included in the tabulated results of the election.
