The NWBA is pleased to announce the 20th annual Bill and Julie Duncan Good Guy Award. For twenty years this award has recognized a NWBA volunteer who exemplifies a commitment to wheelchair basketball at the grassroots level through contributions to a local team, conference or the national organization. The award honors the memory of Bill and Julie Duncan who each dedicated decades of service to the NWBA at every level and both passed away at the peak of their service.

The award will be presented at the 2020 NWBA Toyota National Championship Series in Wichita, Kansas in March. Applicants do not need to be present to be selected for the award. The award includes a commemorative plaque and a $350 award to the team of the recipient’s choice.
