COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – The Junior Division Executive Committee of the National Wheelchair Basketball Association (NWBA) is pleased to announce the details to participate, meeting agenda and voting to be conducted for the Junior Division Annual Delegates Meeting at 7 p.m. Mountain time on Tuesday, July 28.

The Agenda for the Junior Division Annual Delegates Meeting will be as follows:

There are three amendment proposals for Junior Division membership to vote on. There will be the opportunity to discuss each proposal before voting on each proposal. Please click on the following link to view the proposals:

There are two positions up for election on the Junior Division Executive Committee. These positions include the roles of 1st Vice President and the Secretary. Nominations will be taken during the meeting before voting for each position. 

The Junior Division Executive Committee will use the secure, anonymized online voting through OpaVote.com. Each team representative present at the online Annual Meeting will receive an email from OpaVote with - secure, unique link to cast their vote. In following our Junior Division rules, there is one possible vote per team, and only eligible team representatives may cast a vote. Ballots must be cast after open discussion of amendments and candidates at the meeting. Voting will close 30 minutes after the meeting adjourns. Votes will be tallied by OpaVote and reported by the Junior Division Executive Committee by direct email to voting members. Results will be sent to voting members, posted on the NWBA website and Junior Division’s Facebook page.
