COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Dr. Dish Basketball and the National Wheelchair Basketball Association are excited to announce the details of the 2022 NWBA Three-Point Shooting Competition presented by Dr. Dish Basketball. The 2022 NWBA Three-Point Shooting Competition will be held during the 2022 NWBA Toyota Adult & Junior Wheelchair Basketball National Championships presented by ABC Medical on March 31-April 3 in Wichita, Kansas

Here are the details for the 2022 NWBA Three-Point Shooting Competition presented by Dr. Dish Basketball:

Who:

1. Any NWBA member can participate
2. Two Divisions of Play
   1. Juniors
   2. Adults
3. Top 16 qualifiers for each division of play advance to the finals

How:

1. FREE to participate
2. Visit the Dr. Dish Basketball machine and booth, located on Court 4 at Wichita Hoops

What:

1. Attempt to make as many three pointers as you can in 60 seconds with the assistance of a Dr. Dish Basketball Shooting Machine
   1. Note for athletes in Prep: basket height will be 10 feet
   2. Final scoring is determined by the Dr. Dish Shooting machine and balls that go through the goal

When:

1. To Qualify:
   1. Anytime on Thursday, March 31, OR before 11 a.m. on Friday, April 1
2. Finals:
   1. Starting at 12 p.m. on Court 5 on Friday, April 1
      1. Junior Finals First; Adult Finals Second
      2. Warmup space will be available on Court 6 for contests to stay loose

Prizes:

1. The following exciting prizes will be presented to top finishers for each division (both Juniors & Adults)
   1. First Place Finishers (one for each division of play)
      1. Dr. Dish iC3 Skills Trainer (valued at $500)
      2. $1,000 USD off a new RGK daily or sport wheelchair + RGK merchandise pack
      3. One Molten Basketball + One Molten merch pack
   2. Second Place Finishers (one for each division of play)
