COLORADO SPRINGS, CO. – The National Wheelchair Basketball Association (NWBA) Board of Directors has announced the team entry fees for the Adult Division, Junior Division, Women’s Division, and Military Division portions of the 2025 NWBA National Championship Series. The Junior Division and Adult Division tournaments will be held in Richmond, VA, on April 4-6, 2025 (Junior) and April 11-13, 2025 (Adult). The Women’s Division and Military Division tournaments will be held in Fort Wayne, IN, on April 25-27, 2025.

As approved by the NWBA Board of Directors, the team fees to participate in the Adult and Junior Division National Tournaments will remain at $650 per team (same team fees as the 2024 national tournaments).

Despite significant increases in the costs associated with operating a national tournament of this scale, the NWBA leadership, along with the local organizing committees, is committed to maintaining these fees for our members. We are working tirelessly to enhance the experience for both participants and attendees at all NWBA National Championship Series events, ensuring continued value and a high-quality tournament experience.

Programs that register multiple teams for our national tournaments will be eligible for discounted rates per team. This is our way of rewarding programs for their involvement and commitment to the competition.

The following are the team entry registration fees for the Junior, Adult, Women’s, and Military portions of the 2025 NWBA National Championship Series:

1. $650 per team –program with one competing in a national tournament. 
2. $600 per team –program with two or three teams competing in a national tournament. 
3. $550 per team - program with four or more teams competing in a national tournament. 

The invoices for team entry fees will accompany team invitations directly from the NWBA; for Juniors invitations will begin to be shared on March 5 and Adult Division invitation will be shared on February 26. More details can be found here on the postseason requirements and timelines:
