Sports Biography:

Member of the Illinois Ms. Kids Woman’s Basketball Team. She has played on 7 Illinois Championship teams. Selected to NWWBT All-Tournament Team 15 times. Holder of 9 Tournament Records in NWWBT play. Selected to USA Women’s Paralympic Basketball Team (1980-Arnhem, 1988-Seoul, 1992-Barcelona). Also member of the Women’s Gold Cup Team (1983-St. Etienne). Awarded Jack Gerhardt Outstanding Wheelchair Athlete Award in 1988. Athlete of the Year Award from the USOC-1988. Member of the NWAA Hall of Fame.
