One of the NWBA’s first certified officials. Officiated in the Eastern Conference from 1952-1966. Was EWBC Officials Chairman. Officiated in the Pacific Coast & Southern California Conferences from 1966-1980. Member of NWBA Rules Committee 1959-1992. Served as Pacific Coast Commissioner.
