BlazeSports Jr. Wheelchair Hawks Maintain No. 1 Ranking in March Junior Prep Rankings

The BlazeSports Jr. Wheelchair Hawks maintained its No. 1 position atop the NWBA Junior Prep March Rankings. As such, the Wheelchair Hawks also earn the No. 1 seed at the 2016 NWBA National Wheelchair Basketball Tournament presented by ABC Medical, set for Louisville, Ky., April 7-10. The Chicago Skyhawks remained ranked in the No. 2 position for the second consecutive month. 

The Milwaukee Jr. Bucks slid up to the third position to finish the 2015-16 season and secure an invite to the 2016 NWBT, while the Minnesota Rowdies dropped to No. 4 overall. 

The Ohio Jr. Minutemen and the Charlotte Jr. Hornets were the big movers in the past month. 

The Ohio Jr. Minutemen moved to the fifth slot, as they were last ranked ninth in February. The Jr. Hornets, now No. 6, jumped up from No. 14. Also making upward movement with an improvement of four rungs was the Spokane Prep to No. 9 overall. 

The Lakeshore Sharks jumped into the No. 15 ranking, and will receive a formal invite for the 2016 NWBT. The Sharks were ranked No. 17 last month. The top 16 teams in the NWBA Junior Prep March Rankings will receive an invite to the 2016 NWBT.
