The 2016-17 NWBA Individual Registration will open on Tuesday, September 6 at 5:00 p.m. MST, and close on Friday, September 30 at 11:59 p.m. MST. All members of the NWBA will need to complete individual registration, this includes: players, coaches, team representatives, team classification reviewer, statistician, athletic trainer, equipment manager, administrator, board of directors, classifier, hall of fame member, and volunteers. Coaches, team representatives, statisticians and equipment managers of the Junior Division must complete a NCSI background check. Click here for more information regarding the NWBA background check process and policy.

Individual registration will also include an individual questionnaire. This will allow the NWBA to capture and tell the stories of the great individuals that are a part of the NWBA. Please include a photo and complete each question to best of your knowledge to ensure we have accurate information to share.

All athletes registering for the Junior Division must have a completed Junior Division Minimal Disability Certification Form, High School Verification Form (if applicable) and copy of their birth certificate.
