Per4Max Shootout presented by Spinergy Wheels

The Per4Max Shootout presented by Spinergy Wheels is a shooter’s challenge to see which Junior Division athletes can score the most points in a set period of time from a variety of spots on the floor. Each location on the floor also provides the shooter with a money ball worth double points. One player from each Junior Varsity, Junior NIT and Junior Prep is eligible to participate. There will be a variety of awards presented throughout the Per4Max Shootout. The top qualifiers in the preliminary rounds will shoot for the Per4Max Shootout Championship. The overall winner will receive a new Per4Max Sport Chair. There will be a variety of other awards presented throughout the Per4Max Shootout.

Interested players can sign up at the Per4Max booth at the Kentucky Exposition Center during the 2018 NWBT. The shootout will occur on Friday, April 13 from 12:00-1:30 p.m. on courts 3 and 4 in the South Wing at the Kentucky Exposition Center.

Top End Clinic

The Top End Clinic is a clinic of skills and drills run by the Top End Elite Athletes for players who want to improve their wheelchair basketball fundamentals. Players who are currently in grades 9-11 on a team in the Junior Varsity and Junior NIT tournaments are eligible to sign up for the clinic.

These players will also be joined by local celebrities and members of the Louisville community. All attendees of the NWBT are invited to watch the game and cheer on participants of this fun event.

Celebrity game rosters will be announced the day of the game.

Doug Garner, the head coach of the University of Texas-Arlington Men’s Team, is the lead head coach and instructor of Operation Rebound.

Registration for the Operation Rebound Clinic is free and accepted on a first come first serve basis. The capacity for the Operation Rebound Clinic is 20 participants.
