COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO – The Adult Division Executive Committee has announced the 2018-19 December’s Rankings for Adult Division I, Adult Division II and Adult Division III.

Adult Division I —The New York Rollin’ Knicks, Dallas Wheelchair Mavericks and  MedStar NRH Punishers entered the season as our top three teams, and nothing has changed.  A couple of newcomers enter the top 10, as the NMCSD WolfPack and TIRR Memorial Hermann Hotwheels establish themselves as serious threats to the throne this season.

Adult Division II – The Los Angeles Hotwheels are off to a hot start, jumping from 6th place to the 2nd place over the course of the early season. Don't ignore the Rancho Renegades Elite either, as they have soared eight spots in the rankings (13th to 5th).

Adult Division III –The biggest story of the DIII season are the Shasta Lakers. They entered the season ranked 20th, but string play has vaulted them up the rankings to the number seven spots. Can they keep up their impressive play?

The Adult Division I, II and III rankings are provided monthly to the NWBA by the Adult Division Executive Committee. The top 16 ranked teams for each Adult Division will earn an invite to the 2019 National Wheelchair Basketball Tournament presented by ABC Medical. The Division I National Tournament will be held March 22-24 in Cleveland, OH; Division II, March 29-31 in Cleveland, OH; Division III, April 5-7 in Chicago, IL. The 48 teams from the three Adult Divisions will battle it out for a coveted national title.
