• Bylaws Amendment Proposal Form must be submitted in writing to the Executive Director and the Chair of the Governance Committee 

• Teams must be Registered and the respective Team Representative/Voting Delegate must hold a current season verified complete Individual Membership Registration to be eligible to vote

• Absentee ballots sent to voting delegates
